Peptide library
Every compound in our stories had to come from somewhere, and this library is the index to them. It gathers research peptides and the peptide medicines that grew out of them, sorted by the part of the body researchers have studied them in. Each entry gives a class, a regulatory status checked against official records and dated, and a couple of sentences on what the compound is and where the work on it has been done. Some entries lead to a Peptidesfact story about how the compound came to be studied; others lead to one of our sister publications. The figure is a way in: choose a part of the body, or search for a name you have come across.
